The table plates are of extreme high quality. I love that I have so much more cutting capacity now. However, setup is not as fast / easy as with the original quad hinge. The 3D-print setup jig does not work very well for me. 1st the 3D-print has rough surfaces that easily gets stuck in the precise MFT holes. 2nd The 3D-print has a flex to it, so it's not as precise. It's just a little more cumbersome to be honest. Also keep in mind, that the cut line wont line up with the old quad hinge one. (you'll end up with a second cut line if you align with the 3D-print jig) I'm using the Bosch tracks. The cut line is extremely close to the table plate. I was worried that I'd cut into the plates but I didn't. I don't think this design is optimal. Another saw or saw / blade combination might cut into the table plates. However, in my case with the Bosch GKT 18V-52 GC and the original blades (e.g., Bosch Expert for Wood 140 x 1,8/1,3 x 20 mm, 42 // 2 608 644 500) everything is working fine. The most important reason for me to upgrade was the ability to get the hinge out of the way quickly so that I can properly use the entire table surface. This works beautifully and I'm glad I made the purchase.
