Standard Discount Code Terms & Conditions

Below are the full T&C's that accompany our discount codes: 

• The discount code is only valid for orders placed through our website www.benchdogs.co.uk.
  
• Discount code is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher code or offer, unless otherwise stated.
  
• The voucher code is not valid and will not be applied to the following items/categories:
  
  • MFT3 Tops, MFT Quad Hinge System, Gift Vouchers or Benchdogs Bundles.
  • New product arrivals.
  • All Product Collaborations.
  • Products that are already discounted.
    
• Promotion codes entitle you to a saving on a new order placed via the website at the time of ordering.
  
• We reserve the right to decline orders where, in our opinion, a promotion code is invalid.
  
• Promotion codes are only valid on specific products, while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
  
• We don’t like to do this, but if a Promo Code can’t run properly because someone or something is spoiling the discount code for everyone – e.g. fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the Promo Code – we can cancel, modify or suspend the Promo Code.
  
• In the event of a product return, refunds will be issued for the value of the original purchase, including any applied discount. Not at the item's RRP.
  
• In the event that part of the order is returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item (s) at the time of the transaction, i.e., with the discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of your return, place a new order using the original promotional code.
  

Discount Codes & Gift Vouchers

Only one discount code or gift voucher may be applied per order.
Discount codes and gift vouchers cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, unless explicitly stated.

If you have placed an order using a discount code prior to the start of a sale or promotional event, we are unable to retrospectively apply any additional discounts or amend the order to reflect sale pricing. All discounts are applied at the time of purchase only and cannot be adjusted once the order has been completed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where multiple discount codes have been applied in breach of these terms.

Blue Light Card & Defence Discounts

Below are the full T&C's that accompany our Blue Light Card discount code: 

Please note: This discount cannot be used in conjunction with Benchdog Bundles or The Essential Hinge Jig.

• Terms and Conditions for the Unique Discount Code:

• • The unique discount code is exclusive to the cardholder and may be used only by the individual to whom it was issued.
  • This discount code is non-transferable and cannot be shared with or used by any other person.
  • The discount code is valid only for purchases made directly through Benchdog Tools' official website (benchdogs.co.uk).
  • The discount applies only to eligible products as specified by Benchdog Tools.
  • The discount code cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
  • Benchdog Tools reserves the right to verify the identity of the cardholder and cancel any order that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  • The discount code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • Benchdog Tools reserves the right to modify or cancel the discount code at any time without prior notice.
  • By using the discount code, the cardholder agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
  • The original discount code will be deactivated and deleted from our system upon its first use or expiration.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
