175mm Carpenter Square

For our 175mm Carpenter Square we use a piece of 6mm Aluminium Tooling plate to ensure the machined part is accurate within 5 microns and ensuring the angles are accurate within +-0.05 degrees which is confirmed with our in-house CMM Machine.

Our side cheeks are also machined from solid plate aluminium to ensure the same accuracy is achieved.  

Carpenter Square features

• 90 & 45 Degree angles
• Centre line markings for 12, 15, 18 & 25mm boards, with the use of our 10mm stainless steel pins
• Precise angle markings with the use of stainless steel pins.
• storage of the pins within the handle ensuring the pins are not misplaced or in the way whilst not being used.

All our parts are then anodised Benchdogs Black and laser engraved with ultimate accuracy with our Trotec Laser machines
