Does what it says on tin. Havent had any opportunity to use them yet and probably never will, but have placed them up against an existing door. I did notice that the position of the hinge blocks will need to be adjusted to allow for the existing door stop on the frame if not being removed. Maybe a small cutout on the top extrusion Jamb size would solve this?
Allways a systainer fan, but a bit of wasted space inside. A couple of unused slots/holes I have no idea what they are use for, and no space for the rebate blocks? Personally, I think I might find another use for this systainer. The 3 extrusions that link the whole thing together are too big for this systainer and come in a separate 'map' type case. As I use a set of Magic Gripper door clamps, a solution for my circumstance would be to use an XXL systainer so every thing fits in one box and/or use a mini systainer for the hinge blocks & tin of bits.
Very good tool but not perfect. The turn screws that hold the leaf depth guides in place can too easily, if knocked, work loose. To much lateral movement of the steel stop in the grove on the hinge block.
The whole Benchdog brand just reeks of quality. Quality tools. Quality packaging. Quality service. Just can’t recommend them enough! Beyond happy.
The only constructive criticism I could offer would be to add a bit of colour to the tool finishes - not just the black and white on offer.
