There’s too much play in the hing. I’m not sure if I’ve gotten a bad one or not, but the flip stop has play, as well as the micro adjustment. I went back to the old flip stops.
Hi Shuan. In with your flip stop you are supplied a few extra spring washers that can be changed out to reduce the play. there has to a eliment of movement in the thumb wheel otherwise this would not turn easier enough. For those that require a tighter tolorence the washers supplied are for that reason.
Great addition to my fence. Really makes cutting narrow pieces easy.
Overall a good design but there is some slop in the hinge mechanism that can introduce a small inaccuracy when positioning the track. I was able to wrap a single layer of painters tape around the long hinge screw that all but eliminated the play.

Great idea..great product. One thing though. You should mention that Americans will be subject to tariff . I had to pay $34 to US delivery company to receive it.
