Made my Festool CSC even better. Love the fact it comea in a systainer. Looking forward to biy more of Bench dogs products after the experience with the CSC fence.
Wonderful accuracy. I tried them with the hinge dogs, but the hinge dogs wobble too much. Once I switched back to just keeping the rail against a pair of tall Parf Superdogs (60mm Quad Dogs would work too), my cuts were dead on accurate and square.
I really wanted to like these dogs, but they wobble a lot. I've checked the same dog holes and other dogs fit snug. But these dogs are so tall even on some of the lower settings, the side pressure put on them by swinging the rail up and down causes too much wobble to get good accuracy. They could really improve this product if they used the Quad dog concept of expanding O-rings for a nice tight fit.
Great quality jig, a real shame it needs to be fully disassembled for it to fit into the supplied carry case. It cancels out the efficiency imo. Even broken down into the 3 parts it still doesn't fit into the case unless you remove the hinge blocks which means the time you spent setting it up accurately is lost each time you want to put it away. I think a storage case like used for stabila levels would be the solution. Keeping the jig completely assembled for instant use. Also the thumb screws for joining the extrusion lengths (whilst brilliant) foul the doors when using on 54mm doors. Please improve these 2 things this then I would consider it perfect.
Sehr hochwertiges Werkzeug, absolut präzise und auch hilfreich für präzise Schnitte mit der CSC Sys 50 Tischkreissäge von Festool. An die Adapterplatte kann man auch Holzplatten anschrauben für Zinkenvorrichtungen.
