Unfortunately, due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), we are no longer able to ship orders directly to customers within the EU.
However, Sauter Shop is our authorised EU reseller and stocks a range of Benchdog Tools products. We recommend contacting them directly regarding the products you are looking to purchase, and they will be happy to assist with availability and ordering.
We do not cover local customs charges for international orders.
Please be aware that a payment link will be sent to you via email, which you will need to action to clear any VAT/customs charges incurred. You will receive the payment link within 24 hours of placing your order. Please check your junk and spam folders if you can not locate it in your inbox. Please contact us immediately if you cannot locate the payment link email, as if this isn’t actioned, your goods will be held and returned.
Please note: DHL will contact you directly regarding any import duties, fees, or required information. A three-day free storage period is included; any additional days will incur charges, which DHL will add to the final bill. These charges are set by DHL and are not costs from Benchdogs.
