This is about using Royal Mail

Unfortunately Royal Mail has no appropriate support for goods which goes through customs. The goods sent a still stuck at customs. DHL, UPS and FedEx arrange a quick custom clearance by actively supporting this process. It could now happen that it takes another weer or two, or the goods will be sent to youā€¦..
