New to ordering a custom MFT base? Simply tell us the finished outside size and working height you need. We calculate the parts and supply everything as a prepared flat-pack kit ready for assembly.

The kit includes the cut frame sections, brackets, fixings and your selected floor supports. Longer bases automatically receive additional mid-leg support for strength and stability.

1. Finished dimensions

Enter the overall outside length and width of the finished base. The finished height is measured from the floor to the top working surface and includes your 18 mm MFT top.

Choose how your finished workstation will stand on the floor.

Create a made-to-measure base for your ULTRA MFT Frame using our online 4040 Base Builder. Enter your required finished length, width and overall working height, then choose between lockable castors or adjustable feet.

Each base is manufactured from strong 4040 aluminium extrusion and supplied as a flat-pack kit with the required braces, mounting brackets, connectors and fixings. The system automatically calculates the correct upright and brace lengths to suit your selected frame dimensions and finished working height.

Choose lockable castors for a mobile workstation or adjustable feet for a stable, level working surface. The completed base is designed to fit beneath the corresponding ULTRA MFT frame and 18 mm MFT top.

Before development, the only essential measurements still to verify are the precise fitted height of the castors and the minimum fitted height of the adjustable feet. We will also need to set the permitted minimum and maximum finished table height.
