Supplied with New Pin Slot Kit

Our Hinge System allows you to attach it to all types of Multifunction Tables with 20mm holes and 96mm centres without having to attach it to an extrusion like the MFT3 from Festool or others using a variety of extruded aluminium profiles. (Slight adjustment is required for the MW1000, please leave a note when placing an order)

All that is required to set this up is to have some additional holes, which can be made with our 346-hole jig MK4 and a 4mm Hex Key, to tighten the quad dog bases.

Simple and easy to set up on the Job site, Workshop or Home hobby setup. 

Setting the holes for the hinge requires a max of 35mm from the edge and can be set with 32, 48 or 64mm from your first row of holes. This can be achieved with the 346-hole jig MK4.

To offer the best accuracy, the hinge systems will come with a pin slot & alignment pin and rail bolts, but additional rail track sets can also be purchased.

Accuracy adjustment can be made with one of our precision triangles, which are available here.

    3. Quad MFT Hinge System and 346 MK4 Hole Jig in a Tanos T-Loc III Systainer with inserts.

• When measuring for a track that works with an MFT table saw, you would need a track of 240mm minimum plus the width of the table.

I received the quad hinge system and it was packed very well and all the parts appear of high quality. I had to drill an additional dog holes closer to the edge of my MFT table otherwise the plates would not seat properly to the MFT table, but I was aware of that from watching various reviews on YouTube, and it was no big deal. After assembly and installation I have used the system and it worked perfectly and flawlessly….Well done to Benchdog tools. Only complaint and gripe is with the pin kit came with the system….It appears the threads on the t-track nut is not machined correctly or perhaps cross threaded or the issue is with the bolt, but regardless where the issue lies, it is so difficult to screw or unscrew the pin-bolt to t-nut. I thought about buying a tap and retrace the threads but will reach out first to benchdog customer service and see if they replace the pin kit and will update this review later on. Aside from that I am very pleased with the purchase. Mark Qandil
