MK3 Rail Square ULTRA MAX Extender

The Ultra Max Extender is a specialised accessory designed to enhance the functionality of your Rail Square. It accomplishes this by extending the effective length of your Rails Square by an additional 340 millimetres (mm). This extension provides a significantly longer reference edge, which is invaluable when working with larger sheet materials or conducting precise measurements over extended distances.

This adaptor is constructed from 6082 aluminium, a material known for its exceptional strength, durability, and lightweight properties. To ensure top-notch performance and accuracy, each Ultra Max Extender undergoes precision machining processes with tolerances as tight as 20 microns. Such precision engineering guarantees that the extender seamlessly integrates with your Rails Square, maintaining the high-quality standards associated with this tool.

After the machining process, the Ultra Max Extender receives a distinctive black anodised finish.  This not only contributes to the adaptor's longevity but also adds to its visual appeal.

We utilise our laser marking technology to personalise the Ultra Max Extender further and proudly showcase our logo. This process applies the Benchdogs branding and custom information directly onto the surface of the adaptor.
