Product Description

There are 17 pieces in a set, and they can be easily used to set up the height of fences, router tables and other cutters according to your needs.

The blocks are 75mm x 21mm and have sizes of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 12.5, 15, 16, 18, and 20mm, and a master block 75x50x25.

  • 15x Solid Aluminium Blocks
  • 1x 1mm Stainless Steel Block
  • 1x 2mm Stainless Steel Block
  • Laser-engraved black anodised finish.


Blocks may also be stacked together to combine measurements. Machined from 6082 aluminium and anodised for durability, the Laser marked each size with the size

    nice setup blocks

    nice setup blocks. The box is good but I have to say....the little foam dividers between the blocks are a poor choice for such fine tools. Thanks anyway.

    Excellent bit of kit! This is a must have for setting up the Benchdog Fence and Quad MFT Hinge System. Simplifies setup providing great accuracy and repeatability without needing to measure anything

    Set up blocks - disappointing packaging

    Love the blocks, but the systainer and packaging are disappointing for a premium product.
    The foam dividers don't stay in place and some times stick to the blocks.
    Adhesive from the foam packaging and dividers has stuck to the beautiful machined blocks, which is a shame and disappointing.
    First item that hasn't lived up to the normal high standards.

    Good, not great.

    The set is fairly accurate. I measured all of them and the most accurate setup block was the 1mm, which measured 1.01mm. Well within tolerances for wood working. The thing that I wasn't impressed with, was the finish. You can see the swirl machining marks on every block, with the 25x75x50 block showing the most. I will admit I don't have much experience with setup blocks. My only other set is imperial brass and they are perfectly smooth. It may just be a difference in materials.
    I do want to celebrate the mini sustainer and it's clever design. I can't help but smile every time I open it!
