UK, Europe, USA Woodworker know this is great tool and must have item.
Bench dog and fence and hinge system is well known in UK,EU,USA.
But Not Japanese Woodworker and YouTuber know and introduce "Benchdog Philosophy" at all.
I learned from Mr. Peter Millard UK, and many of USA and Canadian woodworking Youtuber.
And finally get this fence system, and much surprised of this Company Philosophy...and result in the Accuracy and repeatability!

Alminium/Plastic "Plug" needs hand support to push up, form the beneath of TOP panel as you imagine. "Magnetic MFT Plug" only can access from TOP.
Now I ordered another 100pcs plug.
I purchased from Japan, because the BENCHDOG TOOLS create GREATEST PRODUCT!! Maybe almost all of Japanese Woodworker or DIYer don't know BENCHDOG TOOLS. I will introduce Japanese Peaple!
I've been using several MFT3 tables ganged together for many years. I've slowly replaced (or simply removed bits like the bulky protractor) the Festool accessories for better quality products. Based on conversations with other cabinetmakers, internet searches/reviews, the Benchdog fence looked like the perfect replacement for the OEM fence. I'm glad I went with the Benchdog fence system - once zeroed it produces precise results. Very happy with the purchase.
If the shipping costs could be reduced (a depot in the USA or Canada for North American customers?) I could see Benchdog becoming a company I'd put high on my list of suppliers
