Unfortunately, this directly impacted our fence systems, as the packaging dimensions for these products slightly exceeded the 1000mm threshold, leading to increased shipping costs. These added charges would ultimately affect our customers, and we want to avoid imposing unnecessary costs on you.
How Have We Addressed This Issue?
To mitigate these shipping challenges, we’ve reduced the length of our fence systems by 50mm. The new design ensures that the total length, including packaging, now stays within the 1000mm limit. This adjustment allows us to continue offering affordable shipping without compromising the quality and functionality of our products.
What If I Already Own a 1000mm Fence System?
We understand that this update might raise questions for those of you who already own one of our original 1000mm fence systems, particularly if you’re considering extending your existing setup.
Here’s the good news:

Compatibility: We’ve designed the updated fence systems to be fully compatible with extensions and accessories. While the lengths may differ slightly, we’ve ensured that they can seamlessly integrate with your current system.

Custom Solutions: If you need to match lengths exactly for specific projects, our team is happy to assist with tailored advice or options to meet your needs.

Extension Orders: To extend your fence system, we kindly ask you to order the extended fence system and in the notes of the order state that you would like to extend your original 1000mm (1200) or 2000mm (2200) fence, thus making your extension an additional 950mm.
