Das vermutlich beste Frässchablonen-System
Nachdem ich mir im letzten Jahr das 100x70 Frässchablonen-System von Benchdog Tools zugelegt hatte freute ich mich sehr, dass es nun für die öfter vorkommenden kleineren Maße das System auch kleiner gibt. das gerade erworbene 245x500 System passt gut mit dem größeren das ich habe zusammen. So sind mehrere Größen möglich.
Was mich an diesem System von Benchdog Tools besonders begeistert ist die einfach zu handhabende Art die einzelnen Elemente zu lösen bzw. zu fixieren. Es ist keine Werkzeug erforderlich.
Für eine gerade Lage der Fräße ist ein magnetischer Anti-Kipp-Puck dabei. Außerdem sind zwei Winkel zur Fixierung oder Ausrichtung im Packet.
An den Stirnseiten der Schienen können handelsübliche Hebelzwingen angebracht werden. Falls der Bedarf besteht Zwingen anzubringen die auch tiefer in die Schienen eingeschoben werden können kann ich die Einhandzwinge Bosch (FSN KZW) Empfehlen. Allerdings muss bei diesen die Einschubnut beidseitig ein klein wenig schmaler geschliffen werden, damit sie eingeschoben werden können.

Solid, accurate, well made, and a very good help. Expensive, but worth the money if you do a lot of routing.
I have quite alot of benchdogs products and everyone is fantastic. It provides comfort that you can trust a tool to be square and accurate every time. I must also add that the customer service is second to none. I have seen them grow over the years but still receive a very personal level of customer service. This is something alot of companies lose with growth but not with benchdogs. Keep up the good work.
I’m fairly new to the wood world but not only is it a super useful piece kit it looks great too. Having repeatable stop functionality via the flag stop is sooooo good.
I’ve now ordered the quad hinge as it’s a great setup having both.
