The addition of a rubber O-ring ensures the dogs stay securely fitted in the 20mm holes, even during the most demanding tasks.
With a 20mm diameter, these guide rail dogs are perfectly suited for integration with your brand of track. The MK2 Guide Rail Dogs also feature pre-drilled height settings at 6mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 19mm, 21mm, and 25mm, offering flexibility and precision in your work. However, these preset heights are just an option - you can set your custom heights without relying on the pre-drilled holes, giving you full control over your projects.
The MK2’s innovative design also allows for precise alignment within recessed guides below the surface, eliminating the need to rely on MFT top dog holes and ensuring complete accuracy in every cut.

Ps: could individual size settings be laser etched onto the steel pin to eliminate measuring the size when making adjustments

I got the Mafell/Bosch version of these dogs to replace the old 'wiggle loose' style guide rail dogs I had from UJK (they are very similar to the mk1 bench dogs ones). These mk2 are such a step up! You can actually take your rail out without wanting to break it in halve :) I was thinking about getting a hinge for my rail, but with these much cheaper guide dogs, I don't really see any reason (yet).
After sending an email about sending them with cheaper regular mail to the Netherlands I actually got a reply that same Sunday evening, great service.
Hope to enjoy these for a long time.
