Taking our popular Quad MFT Hinge System With Table Plates one step further, the CTW – Close To Wall version has been designed for customers who want to use their ULTRA MFT Workstation in smaller workshops, tighter spaces or directly against a wall.

The standard hinge system is ideal for repeatable, accurate 90° cuts on an MFT-style workstation, but some workshop layouts need the table positioned closer to a wall to save valuable floor space. The CTW version solves this by allowing the hinge system to be mounted the opposite way round, using a new dedicated support plate that gives the hinge the clearance and support it needs when the workstation is placed close to a wall.

This makes it a great solution for compact workshops, garage workshops, home hobby setups and anyone who wants to maximise their working space without losing the accuracy and convenience of the Benchdogs Quad Hinge System.

With the CTW setup, your guide rail can still hinge up and down smoothly, while the revised support plate allows the system to work in a reversed orientation. It is designed to work alongside our table plate system, keeping the hinge system securely mounted to the workstation while giving you a more space-saving layout.

The hinge system allows your guide rail to lift up and return to position, helping speed up repetitive cutting tasks while keeping your rail aligned with your workstation and fence system.

The system will need clearence beneth the dog holes for the CTW supportr plate for the shafts to move freely.
