Description

The most requested add-on for our Rail Square has been the ability to do repeatable cuts without the option of a parallel guide system.  We now have this product here.

Our repeat-cut system allows you to attach the main fence to the square and have repeatable square cuts to the desired length.

The main system comprises of a machined extrusion of 600mm up to 625mm and for a longer cut up to 1070mm add the 445 extension.

Our system allows you to calibrate from your cut line and then fix the calibration stop in place to remove the fence and reattach it without recalibration.

The Rail Square Repeat Stop is compatible with Festool, Makita, Kreg ACS and Milwaukee Rail Squares.

*Please Note:
- Please bear in mind that this does not fit onto the new MK3 Rail Square.
- The Repeat Stop does not come with the Rail Square.

Overall very pleased...easy to set up and use..one gripe is that the mm increments markings should be longer as anything in between 10 or 5mm are obscured by the repeat stop block, so is very difficult to get it bang on without extending the line with a pencil.

I had a chance to use this over the weekend. Very pleased with the results. Excellent addition to the rail square. Well worth the very reasonable price. Excellent constructions.

Two suggestions:

1) Would love to have other color options for the stop.
2) An imperial option would be great, too.

Laser Accuracy!
Laser Accuracy!

I finally set this up today and calibrated it all to my rail.

I did score cuts at 10mm intervals from 20mm up to 1000mm. I then used a laser measure and a jig I made up. Everything was with in 0.02mm! Outstanding.

Pros:
-Cheap upgrade to the Mk2 Rail Square.
- Top Quality.
-Great for extending your reference surface when the flag stop is not used.
- Mobile and lightweight.
-Great for repeat cuts.
-Accurate once set up right.

Cons:
- anodised colour not consistent.
- surface finish not consistent.
- tolerances are so tight the flag stop thumb screw wouldn’t tighten at first until I used it multiple times.
-the design is too long for a standard systainer system. Home made it it’s them!

All in all a very good entry point after purchasing the Mk2 Rail Square. Couple this with the Parallel Guides and you’ll never have to get the table saw out again 👍🏻
