Excellent product
Excellent product

I use these guide rail bolts on my Makita track. Being made of stainless steel they are more robust than the previous model which was made of aluminium. The head of the bolt is rectangular in shape and almost fills the guide rail slot, you have to have some play or it won’t fit. If you feel the play is excessive, pulling the rail to one side when tightening will put the head against the side of the slot and remove any play.
This item is excellent and easy to fit compared to the previous model which had a smaller head and was designed to pivot in the slot and rest against the side of the slot, putting the bolt in the centre of the slot. This did not always happen and the bolt head could get jammed off centre, putting the rail off square.
